Acceptance of your order is final only when we send the Order Confirmation.

1.3 Order Modifications or Cancellations

We can only accommodate modifications or cancellations before the Order Confirmation is sent or before your order is shipped (whichever comes first). Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it, and you will need to follow our return policy (see Section 4) if you wish to return the products.
